We know how many of you enjoyed Steven’s first pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra course — so we are bringing you another one 😄
This September 3rd-24th, join him for a 4 week journey every Wednesday evening, 7.15–8.30pm for
PRANAYAMA, BANDHA + MEDITATION - A PROGRESSION ⚡️
This is a great opportunity to build the foundations of your pranayama practice, explore key yogic breathing patterns, and discover the three main bandhas (energetic locks) used in yoga practice.
Each class will begin with a gentle warm-up to prepare the body to sit, followed by an exploration of different breathing rhythms, meditation, and a long, restful savasana to absorb and integrate what you’ve learned.
If you missed the first course, don’t worry — you’re still warmly welcome to join. Anyone with a basic level of yoga experience can take part 🙏🏼
