We’re so excited to announce that Sandy’s incredible Hatha Vinyāsa yoga teacher training is landing at Scout Studios next year.

With over 18 years of international teaching experience, Sandy King (they/them), an advanced certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher, brings their revolutionary teacher training to Sydney’s Inner West - alongside a diverse lineup of expert guest teachers.

Designed to guide you in teaching transformational yoga, deepen your own practice, and connect with a supportive, like-minded community. This comprehensive training is rooted in lineage, vibrant with creativity, and challenges conventional ideas of what modern yoga can be.

As we head into 2026, you’ll start noticing refreshed yoga class styles appearing on the schedule… swipe to get the full lowdown!

This refresh better reflects each class style and pace, helping you navigate the schedule with ease - all while keeping the Scout energy you know and love! ⚡️ Open has been split into Hatha Steady & Vinyasa Flow for clearer levels and accessibility. Whilst our Restore class is now split into two dedicated yogic practices, Yin and Restorative.

Prenatal Yoga and Parents & Cubs Yoga remain just as you know them - same names, same energy!

The new yoga schedule will come into affect from January 1, so keep an eye out as you plan your new years classes. We’ll see you on the mat! ✨
