We've made a boo-boo - it was a busy day!

Around 12:30pm on Friday, 14th November, a member renewed their country ambulance membership with single membership payment but unfortunately, we have misplaced the membership number. We have the last 4 numbers of the card used for the payment but no name.

If this was you, please give us a call on 9071 1618 so we can process it properly.

An NBN outage is currently affecting customers in the Goldfields-Esperance region. This may impact the ability to make phone calls, including emergency triple-zero calls from NBN landline services.

At this time, locations known to be impacted include Bandy Creek, Castletown, Chadwick, Esperance, West Beach.

If you have a vulnerable family member, friend, neighbour or co-worker, you may consider offering them support until the outage has been resolved.

If you are an NBN customer, your service is impacted, and you have no alternative mobile phone access, police recommend you make arrangements with a neighbour, family member or friend, so you have access to a working telephone in the event of an emergency.

Police communications are unaffected.
