Esperance Family Practice currently has limited number of doctors due to unforeseen circumstances; therefore, appointments are not as readily available as we would like.

Please be aware that we are all doing our best to continue managing our patient load and are grateful for the understanding of our patients.

We also request that you understand the pressure that this puts on our reception staff and are mindful of this when interacting with them.

EFP will be closed ANZAC Day Friday the 25th April 2025.

EFP will be closed over the Easter Long Weekend. Open again on Tuesday.

Dr Dale Bosenberg will be taking a period of extended leave from general practice, with his last day of GP being the 10th of April.

Hopefully we will see him return next year back to Esperance Family Practice.

He will remain working at the hospital for the next few months. If you do not get the chance to see him before then he will ensure your health information is adequately updated and passed on to the other GPs in the practice, who are happy to help look after you in the interim.

He thanks all of you for such a memorable time so far with Esperance Family Practice, and sincerely hopes that he will be back in 2026.

Thank you for understanding regarding Jayme's (Physiotherapist) extended absence. EFP have now secured the services of a visiting Physiotherapist from Kalgoorlie.

We are pleased to be able to offer physiotherapy appointments as of the 17th of February 2025.
