Self~care without self~judgement.🌻

We create a lot of our own stress and tension by pushing down our own ‘stuff’ showing up a certain way, when we are actually feeling quite the opposite.
Resisting ‘what is’, creating so much tension in our minds and our body’s.

If this resonates, take it as a sign to go easy on yourself, you’re doing the best you can and tomorrow’s a new day.💗

Some days are for rest,healing and rejuvenation.
Some days are for seizing and concouring! 🤸🏾
Not making how your are feeling, right or wrong in your head, it just is…
It’s called being human.

Tune in and honour your needs, whatever that looks like for you.

The profoundly sacred and spiritual energy of Mt. Kurama ~ Reiki Mountain 🌿⛰️

Being so sensitive to energy, I have never experienced or felt anything like this in my life, reduced to sudden tears more than once 🥹 a deep soul connection, a healing energy that radiated throughout my whole body, pure oneness and joy, a deep, deep inner peace.🤍

To be at the birthplace of Reiki and sit in the same room where Dr Mikao Usui first channeled Reiki and experienced a deep enlightenment (satori), was so sureal to experience and feel, such a peaceful connection to all of the healing energy that radiated. 🍃🍃
I had a quiet moment alone with a beautiful, old sound bowl in this sacred space, I felt the vibrations to my core and to hear the deep, healing sound echo over the mountain was just pure bliss. 🧘🏻

Standing on the Kongosho Power Spot (six pointed star pavement) is said to radiate a surge of energy and tap into your inner strength.. that it did! There are absolutely no words for what I felt and connected in with.✨💓

~ To come into contact with Mt. Kurama is not only to receive the life energy emanating from the mountain but also to become conscious of your own energy ‘shinge’ (pure and innocent spirit) 💫💫

Absolutely loved having my beautiful mum tucked in on the bed this morning to receive some loving.😍 Mum has been in the wars for the last 6 months and she was finally able to get up on the bed and thoroughly enjoyed being nurtured!❣️❣️
