A lot of support providers will tell you they are person-centred. We want to show you what that actually means.

It means we do not match a participant with a support worker until we understand their personality, communication style, goals, and history. It means care plans are built around real life, not just funding categories. And it means our team is available around the clock, because support needs do not follow office hours.

We measure success by what changes for the people we work with. Greater independence. Stronger community connections. More confidence. More control.

That is what we are here for. 💚

Behind every statistic is a person with goals, a family, and a life they are working toward.

The NDIS is one of the largest social support schemes in Australian history, and the data shows it is making a real difference for the people it supports.

If you or someone you know could benefit from the NDIS, our team can help you understand your options. 💚

Physical disability looks different for everyone. It might mean using a wheelchair or mobility aid, managing chronic pain, living with limb difference, or navigating a condition that affects movement and energy levels day to day.

What stays consistent is this: the right support should work around your life, not the other way around.

At We Care Providers we work with participants living with physical disabilities to provide practical, flexible support across daily living, personal care, community access, and transport. Our support workers are matched to each participant based on their specific needs, goals, and lifestyle.

Because independence is not about doing everything alone. It is about having the right support in place to do the things that matter to you.

Understanding autistic people is not a one-month commitment. It is an ongoing shift in how we show up, every day.

The small things add up. In a workplace, a classroom, or a support relationship, practical changes make real inclusion possible.

If this month has taught you something new about autism, carry it forward. Share this with someone who needs it.

It starts with how we listen. Before we match any participant with a support worker, we take the time to understand their personality, communication style, goals, and what has and has not worked for them in the past.

It continues with how we show up. Our support workers are carefully matched to each participant. And our contact centre is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, because life does not always happen between 9 and 5.

And it shows in what we work toward. Our goal is not just to support participants today. It is to help them grow, develop skills, and move toward greater independence over time.
That is the We Care difference.

Your NDIS plan should reflect the life you want to live. Not the life someone else decided for you.

A lot of participants do not realise how much input they can have in their own plan, or how important it is to go into a planning meeting knowing what they want to say.

Speak to our team to understand how your plan works and how to get the most out of it.

Supporting an autistic participant well starts long before the first session.

It starts with understanding how they communicate. Whether they prefer written instructions or verbal ones. Whether they thrive with a consistent routine or need flexibility built in. What environments feel overwhelming and which ones feel safe.

What their goals are, not what someone else thinks their goals should be.

At We Care Providers, we take time to understand each autistic participant as an individual before we do anything else. That means the support we provide is not generic. It is designed around how that person actually experiences the world.

Because good support does not ask someone to adapt to the system. It adapts the system to them.

Not sure if you or someone you support qualifies for the NDIS? You are not alone in asking.

To be eligible, you generally need to be aged between 9 and 65, live in Australia as a citizen or permanent resident, and have a disability caused by a permanent impairment. That impairment may be intellectual, cognitive, neurological, sensory, physical, or psychosocial.

You may also be eligible if you need some supports now to reduce your future need for support, or to help your family build the skills to support you.

Not sure where to start? A local area coordinator can help you understand your options, whether or not you end up applying for the NDIS.

At We Care Providers, we are happy to help you navigate the process and point you in the right direction.

When you get in touch with We Care Providers, the first thing we do is listen. We want to understand your goals, your daily life, the support you already have, and what you are hoping to build toward.

From there, we match you with a support worker who suits your needs and your personality, and put a plan in place that works for your life, not just your funding categories.

There is no one-size-fits-all here. And there is no pressure. Just a conversation to see how we can help.

Our team is available Monday to Friday, and our contact centre is here around the clock.

Psychosocial disability does not always look the way people expect.

Unlike a physical disability, it is not always visible. It can fluctuate day to day, or even hour to hour. Someone might be managing well for weeks, then a change in routine, a stressful event, or a shift in medication can throw everything off.

Supporting someone with a psychosocial disability well means understanding that inconsistency is not failure. It means showing up with patience and without judgement. It means building routines that provide structure without rigidity, and knowing when to step back and when to step in.

At We Care Providers, our support workers are matched carefully, and our care plans are built to change when life does.

At We Care Providers, our SIL homes across Sunbury, Truganina, and Essendon are designed with participants at the centre.

Every home is staffed with trained support workers who assist with daily tasks, personal care, cooking, and community access, while encouraging residents to build skills and independence along the way.

We believe that where you live should support who you are becoming, not just where you are right now.

Whether you are considering SIL for the first time or looking for a better fit, we would love to tell you more.
