When it comes to your health, a one-size-fits-all approach just doesn’t work.
Check out Mrs B’s story which shows that pain on the right side may have its roots elsewhere—in her case, an old plantar fasciitis issue on the left. With a whole-body perspective, we diagnosed the real source, relieved her pain, and got her back to an active lifestyle again. This shows that an MRI isn’t always the whole picture.
Let’s keep in mind that people with the same symptoms may have totally different primary sources of their pain.

What Happens When Pain and Identity Collide- Joe's Story

For my friend and client Joe Pane, running isn’t just exercise — it’s part of who he is.

After eight marathons and more than twenty half-marathons, a calf injury stopped him at just 3km. He tried everything — rest, treatment, patience — but nothing worked.

Then we used the Ridgway Method, a whole-body approach to solving pain. What we found was surprising: the real issue wasn’t in his injured leg at all. Within 12 hours, Joe was back running 6km pain-free.
