Good evening beautiful amazing souls ✨️

Apologies for my absence in this space....I've been travelling, gathering, cocooning and growing in my own quiet way as individually and collectively we move through the waves and shifts happening right now 🌱 (ha ha no I am not immune to this growth phase and have come to welcome them!😂)

This may feel like you are being pulled back or regressing in some way, however rest assured you are exactly where you need to be and no growth on your behalf has been 'lost' or forgotten 🙏

This is just a recalibration so you can observe where you're at and perhaps be guided by your triggers and reactions to any residual emotional and or spiritual anchors still held within you 🧐 (see more in the channelling below 👇)

Understand that change is inevitable, death is simply a new chapter and no matter how dark it feels, there is always a light inside you waiting for you to discover 🌟

This powerful new moon in Scorpio beckons us to face the deepest depths of our soul to face and shift the shadow aspects of our ‘hidden selves’. This is a potent time to transmute feelings of shame, guilt, doubt and fear born from patterns, cycles and behaviours that are preventing you from connecting to and living from the most illuminated parts of your heart. Use this amplified energy of renewal and transformation to elevate yourself from the uncomfortable, unseen parts of yourself that you are avoiding, denying or disconnecting from. Those deep, sometimes dark truths you know exist and yet you dare not speak or acknowledge their presence within you for fear of opening ‘pandora’s box’. The frequencies present here right now are of unprecedented magnitudes coded with ancient wisdom, awakening, elevated consciousness and Christ light so that you can reconnect with your own divinity.

We are entering an age of a more balanced existence rooted in love and compassion……how you are viewing these current times is a reflection of where your heart and faith are calibrated to right now. Observe if you are filled with dread, fear and despair or if the quiet knowing within you trusts that these events are leading us to a future of a more elevated and awakened society grounded in truth, integrity and honour. We have reached a tipping point in evolution whereby systems, governments and organisations built on corruption and greed are starting to crumble so that we can see the rawness and unfiltered truth of those who wish to contain our spirits and disconnect our souls.

Remember that the divine light spark within can NEVER be extinguished, it is created from an infinite source of love, light and divinity that most cannot begin to comprehend…..certainly not the small minds of those entrenched in greed, control and tyranny. Make no mistake there is a changing of the guard occurring and many souls will depart this earthly plane to make way for the new (and ascended returning) souls and energy arriving on our planet to bring the dawn of a new earth.

Allow yourself to connect with your heart, to openly and vulnerably look within and observe without shame or criticism those reactive or ‘secret’ parts of yourself that may be coming from fear, lack or emotional shut down. Please know that there are souls among you who can help and support you as you navigate these aspects of yourself……..if you feel like your partners or loved ones do not or cannot understand your inner world and give you the safety to unravel these parts of yourself, then please reach out to a trusted and aligned healer, or guide that can lovingly assist you as you merge into your true divine self.

You are seen, loved and supported and you are more than capable of making the choices that set you on the path of fulfilment, purpose and peace. Trust that you can access miracles, magic and momentum within yourself that will lead you to your most highest authentic self so that you can live a life of joy, gratitude and deep soul stirring love and compassion…….you are the light!

This channelling has been 'brewing' for a while and may be a little squirmy for some! 😖 (see below)

However, for those who have ever overcome anything that grows us, we know that the other side of squirm is liberation! 🙌

This is a time of radical self honesty where we are called to reveal the most vulnerable, rawest parts of ourselves so that we can step into the most empowered and confident versions of ourselves whilst still being grounded in loving compassion 😌💞

The world may not always understand or approve of your choices....honour yourself anyway and live authentically and gracefully guided by your heart and intuition without fear of shame or judgement 💓🌱

As we move closer to the end of this month and the energetic peaks that follow, there will be a flooding of light in both a physical and internal sense. Solar flares and elevated frequencies not experienced before are amplifying and creating a surge of powerful energy designed to illuminate old paradigms formed from agendas misaligned with our natural divinity.

During this time many will see the truth of their own hearts and habits and that of others around them…..this does not serve as a platform for judgement or shame, rather an awakening to self and an opportunity to step into a more conscious and empowered version of yourself and to purge any limiting or ‘old’ patterning that are veiling your true abilities and magic.

This is a time to step into the blazing light so that everything but the honest truth is dissolved and all that remains is the vulnerable rawness of your pure self without falsehoods, illusions, masks, pretences, obligations or lies. All that was build on a foundation of deceit or denial will fall away so that a new foundation forged from integrity, authenticity and divine alignment can arise and lead you to your highest evolution and deepest soul wisdom.

This can be confronting as many realise that control and manipulation…..even perceived as good intentions are still control and manipulation. Hiding things from your spouse to avoid stress, conflict or shame, people pleasing to receive validation, forced pleasantness to remain included or steering conversations and actions towards your own agendas (even if they are loving) or biting your tongue to escape difficult conversations are ways in which we intentionally control and manipulate others in order to feel safe and comfortable.

This way of being unfortunately covers an avalanche of unspoken desires, supressed emotions, diluted frustrations and caged expression…..this is society’s pressure cooker and the lid is about to blow! We are already seeing it in children and many others as we clamber to numb, medicate, label and avoid what’s really unravelling in our hearts, bodies and minds. It’s time to stop running, avoiding and denying what is happening within us and around us as a species and to strip bare the layers of conformity, comfort and convenience we have wrapped around ourselves for so long.

This is not to be feared……this is to be revered as a reckoning to awaken us to our own inner magic and to finally embrace the truest version of our most divine innate being! Imagine how liberating and refreshing it would be if people could just openly and honestly express their vulnerabilities from a place of love, not fear and if that truth were received with compassion and forgiveness instead of condemnation, hate and judgement……this is a potent time of revelations and a level up of unprecedented proportions!

Move slowly and gracefully into this period and start to get comfortable with vulnerable conversations of truth and allow yourself to hold space for others to express themselves without judgement. Be patient, kind and compassionate with yourself and others as the veil is pulled back to illuminate the light of truth. This is an ancient remembering coupled with a new surge of awakening that will elevate our consciousness and intuitive abilities to unimaginable new heights…….go forth courageously towards the light and let it burn everything that needs to be released so that you can rise like a phoenix from the ashes of all that isn’t true! ♾️

With the recent new moon and solar eclipse, many of you may be experiencing a fresher outlook on things and a little more energised and optimistic. This current energy represents newness on every level…….it’s a time of new beginnings, new habits, new ways of thinking and being and new approaches to old situations. As with many new beginnings, this too symbolises endings and ‘deaths’ of old patterns, old cycles and outdated relationships, jobs and internal processes that are holding you back.

This ‘new’ energy is bold, spontaneous, courageous and enlivening…….you may decide to quit that job, book that holiday, express how you feel to someone, leave a person or situation that feels stagnant or embark on an exciting new path and take a leap of faith. You may feel more inclined to just act instead of procrastinating and endlessly ‘thinking things over’. This is a time of action, decision making, focus and optimism encouraging you to confidently move towards your hearts desires!

For some, there will be ‘loose ends’ to take care of first and this can present itself by means of certain areas in your life becoming intolerable…..whether you reach your final straw at work, or a situation within a relationship reaches ‘boiling point’ or you just decide ‘enough is enough’ and decide to make radical changes in your life to move towards more positive outcomes and solutions. For those of you who have been following here…..this ties in with the ‘anything is possible’ energies that have been streaming through, however this frequency is also enmeshed with an awakening vibration that prompts aligned action and heart centred purpose.

Centering yourself and being present within your body, mind, soul and surroundings is vital right now….it can be easy to get ‘floaty’ in this energy so be mindful of ‘drifting off’ and stay connected by drinking plenty of water, being barefoot outside as much as possible and as always connect with nature and find places where you can be still, quiet and just immerse your senses into your environment and connect with the sounds, sights, sensations and guidance surrounding you. Be patient and seek out your intuition, connection to higher realms and your own innate remembering of your natural essence and abilities to create, manifest and awaken to the deeper truths stirring within you.

There is no need to continually turn over old stones in your hand…..look up, look around and decide what you want to experience, what you want to create, how you want to show up in the world and what you want to give. This is a time of connection, compassion, community and consciousness….there is a mass awakening occurring and many will be seeking out like minded souls to expand their hearts, sharpen their minds, awaken their souls and heal their bodies….there is no need to walk this path alone or to feel isolated on your journey. This is a collective level up designed to invite in connection, vulnerability and openness and also to form new relationships and to grow your circle with aligned souls and those who will further activate your evolution.

Surrender with faith as you move through these changes and shifts and know that everything is happening for a reason……understand that some things need to be revealed so that you can reassess the situation accordingly, this is especially true for yourself. It will become more difficult to ‘lie’ to yourself about things that matter to you, or areas that you are avoiding or denying within yourself. Please know that courageously applying honesty and integrity to yourself and the world around you is far easier and yields so much more joy than living in denial and constantly talking yourself in or out of stories that are clearly no longer serving you…..get honest, get real and be kind and loving with yourself in the process……it’s not a punishment, it is a gift and revelation you are denying yourself through fear and perceived comfort.

Embrace this momentous time in humanity and awaken to the magic around you! It’s time to step out of the shadows and shine brightly in the authentic truth of who you REALLY are!

Good morning to all of you beautiful souls out there 🌞

I thought I'd do a little(ish) channelling for those of you feeling the waves coming at us strong and fast right now 🌊 (see channelling below for deeper insight 👇)

This current phase represents higher heart intelligence and self reflection so that you can become aware of what you're holding onto and the beliefs you're speaking and acting from 🍃

I've been really immersing myself into this energy and looking at the stories and or beliefs I've been operating from and where they originated and if they are still aligned with my values and goals.....I unlearned and learnt a LOT! 🙌

Life is an experience to embrace from your own authentic heart space and what lights you up....I have been Embodying this more and more and have created some incredible experiences in the process, but more importantly my INTERNAL world is the most calm, grateful oasis of peace and happiness I've ever had 😌

These past few months have been wonderful times of connection with the souls nearest and dearest to me, making memories with my girls, enjoying the sacred space of our little home, holding space and healing for others, getting outside and immersing in nature more and also spending time cultivating my mind, heart and spirit into a state of trust and surrender whilst also consciously taking aligned action towards the life I desire 💗

I honestly feel f*cking incredible and have liberated myself from so many of my own ceilings and limitations whilst allowing flow and releasing the default of control and react....the results come with a magic of their own ✨️

Hello to all of you incredible people ✨️

The past week or so may have had you feeling out of sorts, confused, emotional or a combination of everything and some! 🤪

Many may be feeling isolated, alone or disconnected right now as we are pushed to journey inwards and explore the hidden parts of ourselves calling to be surfaced and released 🌪(see more in the channelling below 👇)

Be mindful of who you turn to for advice and perspective during this time as many will be facing their own inner upheaval and may not be able to provide an objective or aligned point of view right now despite their willingness or best efforts ⚖️

We are being called to shift into a more authentic and conscious version of ourselves and to move on from the stories, fears, habits and thinking that are keeping us from our divine path and limiting our love and joy 😌

With new moons, retrogrades and HUGE energy shifts occurring at the moment you may be feeling like you are on a bit of an emotional roller coaster! Many will feel like they are at a crossroad and constantly thinking and analysing which way to turn, what path to take and trying to anticipate every conceivable outcome to make an ‘informed’ choice about the direction you are taking.
This is a powerful time of introspection and whilst it can be tempting to look outside yourself and blame others for your current situation, this will not help you and will only delay you on your path. The only way through is IN…..look within to understand the patterns playing out, the beliefs that may need to be reviewed and the parts of ourselves we conveniently choose to bypass or gloss over……the key to moving forward is to be gentle and loving with yourself as you bring to your awareness the parts of yourself that need to evolve.

This in turn will actually lead you to more fulfilment, more happiness and a deeper understanding of yourself and others……if you can BE HONEST with and about yourself. It can be comfortable and easy to deflect away from your own behaviours and look to what others are or are not doing, however the ONLY way you can affect change in your life is by changing YOURSELF……this is no way means that the current version of you is not good enough or evolved enough……it just means to reach your highest potential, deepest love and most harmonious existence there may be some things you need to tweak in your internal world.

This can be a powerful transformative experience if you can be open, humble and honest throughout this process and trust the guidance and messages surrounding you at this time……many of you will be seeing repeated number patterns, waking up at the same time during the day/night or seeing animals or signs that are unusually placed or appearing in times or places that you would not otherwise see them……these are all signs that you should look up and pay attention to so that you can receive the guidance seeking you.

Have the faith and courage to be moved out of your comfort zone and into your growth zone through whatever means you are drawn to…..some like to navigate changes slowly on their own via books, courses or audio, whilst others like the connection and support of likeminded people to help them through and offer a different perspective and a loving presence for healing……whichever it is for you, know that right now you are being guided and supported by forces beyond your physical senses.

Be mindful of your thoughts right now and try to avoid putting your own beliefs into what is and is not possible…..some of the scenarios and outcomes you are imagining of a negative aspect are your own unhealed stories whispering echoes of past pain in your ear in order to keep you ‘safe’, however it is also these same stories that will keep you stuck repeating outdated cycles and amplifying any feelings of self doubt, unworthiness or pessimistic views.

Bring awareness to your thoughts and ask yourself do I 100% know this to be true, or could I be making assumptions based on my thoughts, fears and past experiences? Are these thoughts helping me achieve what I want or are they making my mind swim in circles? Can I now choose to focus on what I DO want regardless of if I have all the answers and to surrender to the unknown and trust that no matter what happens I will be ok? Am I speaking from the most loving, authentic part of myself or am I speaking from my wounds and past experiences?

These small acts of self-reflection and awareness can yield incredible results and bring forth a deeper understanding of yourself and others. Set a positive or meaningful intention for yourself and how you want to show up in the world and then live, act and speak from that place. Pay attention to your body also and where you are holding tightness or tension as these are all messages and signs sent to help you move forward and let go of what no longer needs to be held within you. Uncertainty can be scary, but it can also lead you to incredible insights and experiences beyond your imagination!

Remember…….there’s no magic in comfort zones!

Ah another full moon, another major energy shift! If you are questioning everything right now and assessing your life…..great! That is the purpose of this profound time in humanity……be ok with letting go of everything you think you know and opening up to new possibilities, beliefs, mindsets and ways of being! This really is ‘anything can happen’ energy if you allow yourself to trust and surrender to a higher power and frequency that is here to guide you through and forward.

For those stuck in resistance or outdated ‘knowing’ it can feel like groundhog day……repeating patterns over and over, wondering why nothing good ever happens and questioning if there is even any point to any of this! If this is you: start asking yourself why you continue to align yourself with the same way of thinking and believing when it is clearly not serving you?

For those of you who are starting to understand and embody the wisdom that comes with letting go and ‘knowing nothing’ you will be starting to see and appreciate just how powerful this energetic force is and how quickly you can manifest change, growth and blessings when you surrender and trust this divine energy.

We have entered a whole new phase now and things are amplifying at unprecedented speeds and intensities! The ability to be open, expansive and humbled right now will serve you in ways you cannot comprehend and yield blessings you thought were not possible! If you are rigidly holding onto anything…….let it go! Whether it be a job, person, mindset, belief, habit or pattern, it really is important to look at what you are trying to control or project onto others (be it from good intentions or not) or are hyper fixated on right now. Anything you are trying to micro-manage, control or find yourself almost obsessively thinking about needs to be reassessed and you need to loosen your grip on what you think things should look or feel like.

We are being moved into a flow state of faith and trust and for many this will feel confronting as they are used to controlling and directing every aspect of their lives…….for others who have felt aimless or are procrastinators, it will feel just as uncomfortable as you will be moved and will be already feeling very agitated and frustrated in your current stagnation, knowing you need to move, but not knowing how or in some cases why.

This is an imperative time in humanity where we go inwards and start to understand that TRUE divinity comes from within……by understanding our original (not programmed) nature and essence, we realise that everything we need is within us and there is no need to seek external validation or approval. By exploring universal powers, wisdom and guidance we are lead inwards, but not towards the mind and thinking…….instead towards our hearts, love and feeling and also the divine spark of creation that connects us to EVERYTHING! This is where our innate bond and links to nature, divine infinite possibilities and higher heart intelligence flows from and lives within us.

We are currently being guided to awaken to a deeper understanding of this part of ourselves and trust that we are being lovingly guided towards a more aligned and harmonious way of being that enables us to activate and utilise the divine parts of ourselves to create a life of joy, love, abundance and balance. We are coming home to our loving core of divine intelligence to be guided into a future of creation, devotion and purpose……loosen the reigns and allow yourself to be led to magic and blessings beyond your comprehension ✨️
