We talk about speaking our truth.
Mindful communication asks:

Is this the right moment?

Small things? Say them.
If I’ve got something in my teeth, tell me.

But when feedback is big —
life-shifting, emotionally loaded —
that’s where pause and permission matter.

🧘‍♀️ Pause
🌬️ Check your intention
🗣️ Ask before you speak

“Are you open to some feedback?”

That pause creates safety.
Safety creates openness.
And openness is where growth happens. This inner work matters.
It helps us meet ourselves, and others with compassion.

And when we know ourselves better,
we communicate with more impact and less harm.

I’m collaborating with hosting upcoming breathwork and sound healing workshops. Spaces to slow down, reconnect, and reset. More coming soon.

You’re warmly invited to slow down, soften, and reconnect in this free community gathering.

This gentle practice offers space to release tension held deep in the body, calm the nervous system and quiet the mind.

Rest, receive, and simply be.

Yin Yoga invites stillness with long-held, supported postures that nourish the fascia, joints and energetic body. While the crystalline tones of Australian Quartz wash through the space, supporting clarity, balance and energetic alignment.

This free event is about community, presence, and restoration.
