Hi everyone, I’m based here on the Central Coast and wanted to introduce myself to the community.

I’m a Leadership & Business Coach supporting people who are navigating transitions in work or life. Many of the people I work with are experiencing things like:

• returning to work after parenting or caring
• burnout or decision fatigue
• starting or growing a business
• managing or navigating difficult conversations
• figuring out their next direction or rebuilding confidence

Through 1:1 or small group coaching, I help people slow things down, gain clarity, and move forward with calm, grounded leadership in their life and work.

“I just feel like I’ve lost momentum.”
I hear this a lot in my work.

Not because people don’t care.
Not because they’re incapable.

But because they’re holding too much at once.

When your nervous system is trying to hold everything — every decision, every task, every responsibility — it’s easy to feel stuck.

That’s often when the internal dialogue sounds like:

“I want to start… but there’s too much to do.”

Sometimes the shift is small.

From BUT → AND

“There’s a lot to do and I can take one small step.”

Break the work into smaller compartments.
Focus on the next piece.

Momentum doesn’t come from holding everything.

Is it resistance to change — or is it uncertainty?

Walking through Mount Penang Gardens today, I was reflecting on why people say they don’t like change.

It’s rarely the change itself.

It’s the uncertainty.
Of what’s next.
Of who we’ll become.
Of what letting go might mean.

In organisations — and in life — we assume transformation starts with action.

It starts with awareness.
With noticing what no longer fits.

With the clients I’ve worked with, the change that lasts isn’t rushed.

It’s introduced thoughtfully.
In steps people can absorb.

Real change isn’t forced.

It unfolds.

Australian native bees and other pollinators play a huge role in our health and wellbeing — even if we don’t always realise it.
They help grow the plants that become our food, our medicine, and many of the natural products we use every day 🌿

Healthy pollinators = healthy ecosystems
Healthy ecosystems = healthier people 💛

Protecting bees means protecting our future — and our wellness.
