✨ A Note from Ash – Reflecting on 2025 ✨

What a year it’s been!

As 2025 comes to a close, I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported BodyTeQ Health and Movement over the past 12 months. Your trust, loyalty, and encouragement mean more than I can put into words.

This year we proudly welcomed Aidan to the team as our osteopath, along with Pilates instructor Tracey — and it’s been incredible to see our team and community continue to grow.

In just two short years, it brings me so much joy to reflect on how many people we’ve been able to support — whether that’s helping you move better through Pilates, ease aches and pains, or work towards personal health and movement goals.

As we look ahead to 2026, we’re excited, motivated, and ready. We have big goals, fresh ideas, and so much more planned — and we can’t wait to see what the year ahead brings.
