Grounded Mind Meditation Friday 10am and Tuesday 7pm, 1 hour class for adults. No experience necessary. Guided Meditation & M Grounded Mind Meditation, simply noticing.

The sun rises and sets every day like your breath rising and falling and when we stop to notice this and really be with it, we can see that miracles are possible, gratitude is great and life ain’t that bad :)

A guided experience in meditation and mindfulness. Supporting you with:

•Stress issues
•Relief from the incessant chatter of the mind
•How to calm that negative self-talk
•Relaxation and calming techniques to relieve tension in your physical body
•Relief from these everyday stressors that can take such a toll on our whole self, body, mind, emotions. Meditation can support many areas including:

•Activating the Relaxation Response (opposite to Flight or Fight mode)
•Boosting your immune system
•Can enhance your pain tolerance
•Lowering high blood pressure
•Improvement for fibromyalgia and even psoriasis sufferers

FRIDAY 10/9/21 9.30AM (Vic time) Guided Meditation on Zoom.
Friday our meditation will focus on creating an energy of manifestation. When we open a space for a wish to be possible, it unveils a pathway forward to this being a reality. This is not about money, or material objects, this is about those wishes for fundamental human needs, those wishes for happiness, health, love... Afterall, when we have those needs met in our life the desire for the material starts to seem unimportant.

Let’s meditate together to create a loving and safe space to feel our heart’s desires.

Beginners and newcomers most welcome. A 35 minute meditation.

This meditation is designed for any level of experience so feel free to share this with your friends and invite them along.

Creating unity with body and mind allows you to flow with a sense of unwavering groundedness. Stress levels can lessen as you become more awake to the miraculous moment and less distracted by the unhelpful and unnecessary thoughts.

ADULT AND TEEN GUIDED MEDITATION (mindfulness and relaxation) ON CREATING SAFETY AND GROUNDEDNESS WITHIN (on Zoom) 9.30AM FRIDAY 20/08/21 (Vic time).

As we continue to navigate these uncertain times it becomes evident that creating a safe space is absolutely vital in order to reset and be able to continue on!

Our mental health is a top priority.

When we feel safe, grounded and at ease within, we are more adept at navigating the challenges without. Our executive functioning skills are operating full steam…we can plan, organise, adapt, recognise emotional states, remember and more.

Friday’s meditation will focus on creating that safe refuge within. A sense of groundedness and ease to support you in your life. To give you a space to rest, a meditation massage for your prefrontal lobe. So that when you head back into your day, into life, you do so with your executive functioning skills at full strength.
