HARMONY DAY
Recently, Euroa Health celebrated Cultural Diversity Week and Harmony Day — a time to recognise the many cultures, stories, and traditions that shape our community.
GraniteHill is enriched with people from all over the world. Staff were invited to wear traditional clothing or a splash of orange to honour the values of respect, inclusion, and meaningful connection.
A beautiful moment captured this week features Karishma, who was born in Nepal and has called Australia home for the past seven years, alongside resident Brian, originally from England and now an Australian local for more than five decades.
We’re proud to have a team made up of many cultures, languages and life experiences. This diversity strengthens our workplace and the care we provide every day.

New Aged Care Manager

Euroa Health has appointed Melissa (Mel) Langdon as our new Aged Care Manager.
This is an exciting milestone for us. We have taken great care in finding the right person for this important role, and we are thrilled to welcome someone with Mel’s depth of experience and genuine passion for aged care.
Mel brings more than 17 years of experience working in residential aged care, with professional qualifications in both nursing and management. Mel is widely respected across the sector as an Aged Care Leader and Dementia Specialist, and has held senior roles including many years as a Residential Facility Manager, State Funding Manager, and most recently as a Dementia Behaviour Consultant with Dementia Australia.
We are delighted to welcome Mel and we look forward to the positive impact her expertise and leadership will bring to our residents of GraniteHill, their families, and our wider community.

Euroa Health is always grateful for the incredible work our Bowerbird Op Shop volunteers do. Once each quarter, we show a little extra appreciation by providing a week of morning teas and coffees, generously supplied by the wonderful businesses along Binney Street. This week Fare Enough Cafe kept our volunteers caffeinated and refreshed, while Mawsons Bakery Cafe and Burton's IGA Euroa delighted everyone with their delicious sweets. We’re committed to spreading our appreciation across all the fantastic cafés along Binney Street.

We hope our volunteers enjoyed their week.
