I could start to feel that my essence was joy. A yellow bubbling light; who was excited to ride on the back of my dads bike, catch the rainbows in the sprinkler, and make up endless dance routines.

I can feel her and remember to love her and ask her what she needs. That's what most of tgerapy is... learning to love and learning to be. Not because we dont know how. We just forgot.
