Still feeling the afterglow from this afternoons cacao & sound healing session 🤍
There’s something about cacao that softens things… opens the heart just enough. And then the sound carries the body into rest, letting the nervous system unwind in its own time.
A quiet reminder that receiving is just as important as giving.
To be held, supported, and simply part of a space like this — especially with other women — is something really special.
And it also reminded me why I care so much about creating these kinds of spaces in my own work.
Spaces where you don’t have to perform, figure anything out, or hold it all together…
just arrive, be supported, and let your system soften.
It matters more than we realise 🤍

April 18th – Yoga Nidra 🌊
Our next Yoga Nidra is coming up… and yes, it will once again involve lying down and doing (almost) nothing.
If your nervous system has been a little… loud lately, this is your space to let it soften.
This month we’re working with the element of Water — exploring themes of flow, emotional processing, and softening the grip a little. Letting things move, rather than holding everything so tightly.
You don’t need to be good at meditation.
You don’t need to switch your mind off.
You don’t need to do anything perfectly.
You just show up, get comfortable, and I’ll guide you through the rest.
Some people feel deeply relaxed.
Some people drift somewhere between awake and asleep.
Some people just enjoy not being needed by anyone for an hour.
All very valid outcomes.

YOGA NIDRA CLASS – Guided Relaxation (Saturday 9:30am)
Do you ever lie in bed at night thinking about something embarrassing you said in 2007… or mentally reorganising the pantry at 2am? Maybe suddenly remembering you forgot to do something earlier in the day.

It’s a guided relaxation practice where you simply lie down, get comfortable, and I guide you through breathwork and deep rest techniques designed to calm the nervous system.

You basically just show up, lie down, and let someone else do the talking while your body gets the rest it probably hasn’t had all week.

I want to thank you all for your support over 2025. After years of studying, learning and embodying I wasn’t sure if I was cut out for teaching classes. I like to be 1:1 and get deep into the guts of these ancient practices but I can confidently say that I’ve enjoyed guiding my classes more than I could have imagined.
Without you all I would never have had this opportunity so I really mean it when I say thank you 💗❤️🔥
Before the year finishes up though I’ll be hosting one more very special event in collaboration with which will incorporate meditation, breathwork and sound healing to let go of the year that was and make space for 2026.

For over 10 years I’ve worked in the photographic industry, photographing weddings, families, schools, sports, commercial and anything in between. This is what i always wanted to do growing up, i would always take the photos on family holidays and started studying photography at high school. I am still currently working within the photographic industry and also still run my own photography business.
But about 1.5 years ago i felt a change, i started studying online again ( Diploma in Vegan Nutrition, Diploma in Medical cannabis and CBD oil, and currently a Magical herbalism Diploma.) and also started doing my Reiki Masters in person as well as an extended pranayama class. From there I’ve attended various new events for me, Yin culture club and philosophy, Meditation classes, Tarot card lessons, basket weaving, and plant mediation and exploration.
I then discovered what i already knew, my connection with the land and plants, more than just being vegan. I started working with herbs, plants and oils. Utilizing the natural wealth of the plant life we have around us. I’ve always felt a close affinity to plants and trees, Fern Gully was a very poignant movie for me as a child. Coming from a very physically hard life living with various autoimmune and inflammatory conditions i had already gathered loads of knowledge on using natural products and making my oil serums and products to limit the toxins used on my skin.
But now I’m shifting from the practical uses of plants and oils to the more spiritual uses applying my practical knowledge along the way. For example Aloe Vera can be used of luck and protection, as well as being soothing and hydrating for the skin. Basil can be used for wealth, love and protections, as well as make a mean pesto. Its also about learning and connecting with the spirit of the plant, and how it connect within the human body.
I want to share the power of plants with you all, I’m here to create a link between you and the plant world, lets connect back to nature.
