STAFF SPOTLIGHT

Ryan is our Director and Exercise Physiologist. Although he owns and manages the clinics, he still enjoys working with clients and can be seen helping in the gym 5 days a week.

While raising two small children with his wife - our physiotherapist Jo - he's had time to get his first novel published. On Jan 15, he will be in a live Q & A for his SA-based thriller, Fostered Minds. With all the incredible achievements from PB Day, it’s time to get back into training and keep that momentum rolling!

Please arrive by 5:45pm for debrief and warm-up.
Training Plan:
• Relays – U8 and up
• Long Jump – Tiny Tots to U7 (not involved in relays)
• High Jump
• Discus
• Speed & Plyo – the crowd favourite!

Activities may be adjusted depending on weather conditions.

MEET THE TEAM

Justin graduated in 2017 from Latrobe University in Bendigo.

Justin has since been working in private practice in Victoria and the last 4 years in Adelaide. After working with running related injuries and pain during activity over his career, he has developed skills around footwear, orthotics and many other treatments. His focus is to accurately diagnose to allow clients to have a tailored treatment path.

If your feet have been giving you grief, Justin can assist at our Hyde and Partners clinic.

Great news! Jo McLean and Vim Arachchige from Pro Active Health Gawler & Elizabeth are now part of our team at Hyde and Partners Medical Centre. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing pain, or wanting to move better, they’re here to help you every step of the way.

They will be offering physiotherapy and podiatry services.

Jo brings over 10 years of experience in acute care, post-surgical rehab, and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She has a special interest in persistent pain management, orthopaedic rehabilitation, and shoulder dysfunction.

Vim graduated from the University of South Australia and has a strong background in sports injury management. His treatment approach blends hands-on techniques with tailored exercise programs to support recovery and prevent re-injury.

Jo is our Senior Physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience in acute care, post-surgical rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal therapy. She has worked extensively with SA Health at major public hospitals, as well as in private practice and research, bringing a wealth of expertise to her role.

💙 What is Beat It?
Beat It is a free, evidence-based exercise and education program funded by the National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS). It's specifically designed for people living with diabetes and delivered by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists, who are specially trained in diabetes care and management.

💪 What participants can expect:

✅ Diabetes education
✅ Supportive group environment
✅ Long-term health strategies
✅ All backed by science, led by professionals
