It’s coming up HYROX time again! Doubles with my daughter this time and in Brisvegas☀️

It means appointments are limited in the weeks before and those available have already been snatched up! But I have a waitlist for any availability between Monday 30th March and Friday 17th April!

Reminder that if you are unwell on the day before or of your massage please cancel as soon as possible! Massage is not great for you if you are unwell and it’s certainly not good for me and all my other clients.

So the countdown is getting real!
Off on an adventure really soon!
The next couple of weeks are limited and I’m not able to squeeze extra in for now-sorry! Will be on leave from Friday 5th December- back to work Monday 15th December ☺️

I am working on it but it’s taking me a little time.

After some tough training and in between clients I like to sneak in a little recovery infrared sauna.
A quick one today- 20 mins at 60 degrees. Perfect for me.
If you are keen to start/try I suggest not starting that high with temperature and see how you go.

Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching can improve your range of motion while improving muscle strength and flexibility.
In the photo PNF has been performed on one side only-and it’s pretty obvious which side!

Note - I did perform this stretching on the other side to even it up.

A great addition to your Remedial treatment 😊💪🏻
