I strive to consistently provide a safe and supportive healing environment to allow for opening, release, growth and expansion on all planes - spiritual, emotional, physical and mental. My personal interpretation of Intuitive Balinese Massage is performed using long flowing strokes, circular waves of motion and deep tissue acupressure releases; providing the receiver with detoxification, relaxation and a sense of opening and connection. On a physical level, massage stimulates the flow of lymphatic fluid around the body and releases and unblocks tension that has built up through physical activity, mental stress or emotional suppression. Energetically, the space I hold allows the receiver to connect more deeply with their inner flow and innate sense of self, which is ultimately pure and blissful! During my one year pilgrimage throughout India, I chose to train in the tradition of Hatha Yoga, with Iyengar influence, by one of the most highly renowned masters in Rishikesh. My style of teaching draws on strength, balance and accurate alignment, while allowing the space in and between asana postures to connect into a calming, meditative mindset throughout the practice. Numerology came into my life by divine intervention and had such an outstanding impact on my transformation that I feel passionate about sharing it's gift as far and wide as possible.
