1️⃣ The Egg Bank: Women are born with all their eggs and by age 37 about 90% are gone
2️⃣ Age Related Decline: Fertility drops sharply after 35. Under 30 there’s roughly a 20% chance of pregnancy each month but by 40 it’s closer to 5%
3️⃣ Male Fertility: S***m quality also declines with age, raising the risks of miscarriage and health conditions in children
