Educating and communicating with our clients are vital..
Kenneth’s growth has been truly inspiring to witness. Over time, he has stepped out of his shell and begun to shine in ways that light up the entire room. His bright smile, positive energy, and willingness to engage show just how much confidence he has built. Seeing him happy, expressive, and open reminds us why we do what we do. We offer a wide variety of structured and choice-based activities tailored to each participant’s interests and abilities:
• Creative Arts & Crafts – Painting, seasonal décor projects, jewelry making, and hands-on DIY creations
• Music & Movement – Karaoke, rhythm sessions, dance classes, and interactive music therapy
• Life Skills Development – Cooking classes, budgeting practice, personal care routines, and communication skills
• Health & Wellness – Light exercise, chair yoga, stretching sessions, guided relaxation, and wellness workshops
• Educational Activities – Interactive games, trivia challenges, reading groups, and technology learning sessions
• Social Clubs & Group Games – Bingo, board games, team-building activities, and themed discussion groups

Autism, clinically referred to as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), is a lifelong neurodevelopmental condition that can affect communication, social interaction, sensory processing, and behaviour. Autism is recognised as a spectrum, meaning individuals experience varying strengths, challenges, and support needs.
Under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), people with autism may be eligible for funded supports where the condition results in a permanent and significant functional impact on daily activities. These supports are designed to build capacity, promote independence, and improve quality of life in line with each participant’s individual goals.
At Nationwide Care Plus, we deliver person-centred, strengths-based supports that align with NDIS Practice Standards. Our services are tailored to the unique needs, preferences, and aspirations of each participant, supporting social participation, skill development, and community inclusion while respecting choice and control.

Welcome to Nationwide Care Plus now in our 2nd year of providing Community Services throughout Sydney.
Nationwide Care Plus is a family business that is owned and managed by two passionate Directos and have over 10 year’s experience in the Disability sector along with extensive training in both Aged Care and Disability services, Our second Director is an AHPRA Registered Nurse with well over 14 year’s experience in Aged Care and a sound knowledge in the Disability sector with various years of experience as a Community Nurse and Director of Nursing with Residential Aged Care Facilities.
Both our Directors are truly passionate when it comes to taking care of the aging population and people with disabilities and look towards providing a better today and tomorrow for all who may require a helping hand.
We pride ourselves on being inclusive and welcome diversity and we hope people from all walks of life and backgrounds feel at home using our services.
Our personalised services support people to meet the challenges of ageing, disability, transport and social isolation.
We are proud to say that we continue to grow and expand the suite of person centred services we offer.
Nationwide Care Plus will engage in services that will make life comfortable in helping clients with daily basic and simple tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, social assistance, transport services; including shopping and domestic assistance and other services.

Nationwide Care Plus is located in the heart of Fairfield NSW a neatly renovated office space within a secured building. We are set to take care of people who require assistance in the day to day activities, be it the elderly, the young, or people with one form of disability or another.
