It was our pleasure to have these athletes in the clinic last week to put them to the test and get some baseline measures.

Come for the workout, stay for the baby spam.

Simple workout at home:
Tabata timer (20 sec work: 10 sec rest x 8 sets per exercise)
DB racked squats
Bent over row
RDL
Push ups
Overhead alternating lunges
Banded glute bridge
DB pull over
Russian twist

This will take you ~40 minutes total!
