How does Holographic Kinetics work?
When you experience a difficult or traumatic event in life, often, rather than accept it and letting go of the thoughts and emotions you have in that moment, you resist the situation and hold on to your thoughts and emotions and suppress or lock them into your body.

What does a Holographic Kinetics session involve?
A Holographic Kinetics healing session generally takes 90 mintues and involves you lying comfortably on a massage table in a normal waking state. Through kinetic testing, your Spirit will indicate how, where, when and why the issues effecting you today were created.
After a session it is advisable you take it easy and drink plenty of water as your body may go through a readjustment period which could last up to 48 hours.
