Hi I’m Ange, welcome to Wise Moves Yoga, where we are creating a healthy and supportive community through yoga! I have been a certified yoga instructor since 2014, and lead classes that explore flexibility and movement in new ways, bringing new meaning to the way we see and participate in yoga. I have always loved that the physical act of yoga not only helps improve your physical strength and wellbeing, but reduces stress and releases endorphins. Now I get to share these practices during my classes, helping reduce stress and improve moods in a safe and positive environment while improving flexibility, strength and overall physical health. Providing yoga classes in Falcon and to the larger Mandurah area, here at Wise Moves Yoga we have a variety of classes including:

Wise Moves Yoga is for everyone. We welcome yoga enthusiasts of all levels, from first time beginners to long time practitioners. To bring the benefits of yoga to as many people as we can, we make sure we have classes to cater for people from all walks of life. At Wise Moves Yoga, we believe yoga is for everyone, from children to seniors. We also have a range of specialty pregnancy yoga classes, helping guide you through your yoga journey during your pregnancy. Wise Moves Yoga is more than just a yoga studio, we’re building a community. We are a supportive community physically here for one another. Yesterday the team at Wise Moves celebrated another wonderful year together! 💙

We spent the afternoon soaking up the sunshine on a dolphin cruise and what a magical experience it was! The dolphins came out to play, gliding and jumping alongside the boat, and we couldn’t believe how many we saw. 🐬✨

It was the perfect way to unwind, reflect on the year, and celebrate all that we’ve achieved as a team. We’re so grateful for the incredible community that surrounds Wise Moves from our dedicated teachers to every beautiful soul who walks through our doors.

Here’s to another year of growth, movement, and connection and many more sunny Sundays like this one! 🌞💫

In the studio, we offer medicinal mushrooms! 🍄
The power of these incredible fungi to bring relief and balance to the body is truly amazing.

You can enjoy them any way you like in your coffee, smoothie, dinner, or simply mixed with hot water. (I personally love mine in my morning coffee ☕️).

✨ Add 2 teaspoons of mushroom powder into hot water and enjoy!
There’s no such thing as too much. The real secret is staying consistent.

We also offer order-on-demand if you’d like to explore different varieties that aren’t always stocked in the studio.

Why we place blanket over the mat!
In restorative and yin practices, we’re not asking the body to grip or strive - so the sticky surface of the mat isn’t needed.
The blanket softens the landing, signaling to your system that it’s safe to relax.
It’s tactile permission to let go - to sink, melt, and rest.
It’s like saying to your body, “You can stop holding now.”
Think of it as flying first class for your nervous system 😌✨

✨ Legs Up the Wall
also known as Viparita Karani is one of yoga’s most calming and restorative poses. 🧘‍♀️

This gentle inversion helps bring your body and mind back into balance. By simply lifting your legs and resting them against the wall, you’re encouraging blood and lymphatic flow, easing tired muscles, and reducing swelling in the feet and legs. It softly stretches the hamstrings and lower back, releasing tension built up from long days of standing or sitting.

Beyond the physical benefits, Viparita Karani is deeply soothing for the nervous system. It helps calm the mind, lowers stress levels, and activates your body’s rest-and-digest response making it the perfect pose to unwind after a busy day or before bedtime.

Take a few minutes here to close your eyes, breathe deeply, and let everything go. Feel your energy settle and your body begin to restore itself a small act of stillness that can make a big difference. 🤍
