Try these 30-60 minutes before:

🍌 Banana + nut butter - Quick energy with staying power
🥑 Toast or rice cakes- Top with avocado or hummus
🥣 Greek yogurt + berries - Gentle on the stomach, protein & carbs
🥜 Dates + nut butter - Natural energy boost

🥨 Trail mix or dried fruit - Perfect grab-and-go

Pro tip: Keep portions moderate – you want fuel, not a full meal sitting in your stomach during footwork and planks! Everyone’s digestion is different, so experiment to find what works best for you.
