Join us for this exciting half day workshop! Sunday March 29th, 9am-12pm

This is a fantastic opportunity to explore equine therapy if you are called to it, but want to learn more.

Explore the principles of equine-assisted therapy in a small-group, hands-on setting. Drawing on Gestalt and equine therapy approaches, you’ll work with a gentle herd of rescued brumbies to build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and connection. This experiential session offers a safe space to discover what equine therapy is all about while engaging directly with the horses and observing their natural herd dynamics.

Expect to enjoy our beautiful property, connect deeply with our herd, and take away personal insights 💫

These workshops are absolute magic!

Stress doesn’t always look dramati and can show up smaller signals like; poor sleep, tight shoulders, a short fuse, or feeling flat more days than others. It's always worth stepping back and doing a check-in with yourself to see if you need support.

Kids learn a lot by watching and trying things out for themselves. Being at eye level with a horse, noticing its movements, and learning when to move closer or give space all support emotional awareness and confidence. These moments help children practise self-regulation, patience, and trust in a way that feels natural and unforced.

This kind of learning is an important part of child development and psychology, especially when it happens in a calm, supportive environment.

Moments like this are a big part of equine therapy, learning to slow down, read cues, and build trust through simple, shared experiences. Being close to the ground, matching a horse’s calm, and respecting their space can be incredibly regulating and grounding, especially for kids and young people.
