Unfortunately we are still in lockdown. Unlikely to have face to face appointments until the end of October. However this practice supports the LockDown to Zero campaign however much it disadvantages us, because we want to see Covid eliminated. We do not support "living with Covid". It is possible to eliminate this virus with the proper measures, but the government is more interested in profits for business than the health of the population. We appologise for any inconvenience but the health of everyone is far more important than some wee and poo accidents.

I have just shared the "Squatty Potty add on my home page. It is brilliant. I', not suggesting everyone buys one but the animation of how your pubo-rectalis muscle works is brilliant.
Just sitting properly can make a big difference to your bowel function.

Everyone should read "Gut - the inside story of our body's most under-rated organ" by Giulia Enders. It's a cracker. It also explains why children's behaviour and mood improves when we get the gut healthy. Something I've observed for many years but never really understood why!!!!!!!
