How is your screen time looking today?

Current stats show we (women) are spending an average of 2 hours and 47 minutes on our phones. We are worse than the men, who spend 13 minutes less than us on theirs.

Also, longer screentime is associated with depression for women but not for men according to a research paper published in 2023 Lauren Kleidermaker MSc and Mark Olfson MD, MPH.

Welcome to "The Faerie Farm" at Finch Hatton (off Gorge Road -text us for our address).

The Faerie Farm is a fun concept of Wee House Wellness (WHW), a Women's Wellness Centre in Finch Hatton, Queensland.

WHW is run by Health Coach, Sister Seona, a Registered Nurse with 40 years of experience in healthcare globally.

The workshops and coaching sessions focus on evidence-based lifestyle interventions that reduce stress, increase longevity and reinstate a strong sense of meaning and purpose, especially for busy, stressed-out women.

The Faerie Farm workshops are a fun, creative and effective way to infuse your life with light, insight and initiative.

We have a "she-shed" here at the farm. It's a big, bright space that lends itself perfectly to scattered hay bales, long tables, brightly coloured table cloths and steaming hot bowls of soup.

Here at ’s nearly dark, and there are tiny bright lights darting everywhere through the air all around us … so what’s flying about at the farm right now?😱

It’s easy to imagine we’re “away with the Faeries” … when the sun is sinking and the old trees are dappled in remnant rays of light, the fireflies come out to dance in the dusk. Or are they Faeries wearing tiny torches on their heads? 🤔🤣🥰🌈❤️ Seona x
