Sea Breeze Air has used Lancer beer parts for a 28-tap beer system at the historic Palace Hotel in Camberwell. The Hotel was originally opened on July 30, 1888, and now after extensive refurbishment this iconic venue blends Victorian-era heritage with modern dining, featuring a ground-floor pub and the upstairs Josephine’s Lounge.
The system features a 4-tap inverted fount and other elegant electro-plated founts throughout the venue. Along with all Lancer dispensing equipment, including the glycol tank and beer pumps in the keg room to ensure pouring perfection.
