Precision and intentionality in asana are valuable.
Yet the field of open possibility that leads toward self-revelation far out-merits technical effort alone.
My mind is very skilled at narrowing the field of attention.
Lately, I’ve been reminded how daily discernment around where attention rests is one of the most powerful catalysts along the path.
This week, we worked with small micro-experiments as a doorway to remembering.
Remembering what this practice is in service of.
Loosening attachment to the “perfect” bow.
And continuing to yield—openly—to the feedback of the target.
