Week 4 into rehab & this hip is finally getting the memo 💃🏽 Still getting a few uncomfortable clicks & the occasional ache in bed at night but super manageable..
Ran around a tennis court with zero pain after.. I couldn’t walk for 30mins 4 weeks ago without being sore the rest of the day so this is HUGE 🎾
There are days I want to stay in bed longer or go straight home after work but rehab is the main event right now & I’m turning this b*tch of an injury into a success story 😏
Hiking Wilson’s Prom next week & I will NOT miss a single session before then 🙅🏽♀️
This weeks focus is:
1️⃣ Glute & hamstring building
2️⃣ Hip flexion & Pivoting
3️⃣ Bed 30mins earlier
4️⃣ Hike 2+ hours 🫣
