Shining a light on the radiant gem that is Tarra! 💖

Tarra has become someone we deeply rely on, especially when it comes to integrating new processes, streamlining systems, and beautifully managing our tea dispensary (a deceptively big job she handles with such grace).

Tarra brings an uplifting, grounded energy into every corner of the clinic. Her efficiency, willingness to jump in wherever needed, and steady support have carried us through so much growth and transition this year. And in true earth-angel fashion, Tarra even keeps our clinic plants thriving and happy. 🍃

There is so much to be said about Tash and her evolution within our team – at Fertile Ground AND with us at The Melbourne Apothecary. 💖

Tash has been an anchoring and vibrant presence within our reception and dispensary team for the last 3+ years, bringing copious amounts of calm, fluidity, organisation, and magical ability to keep everything flowing with ease.

We are also lucky to have Tash as one of our Naturopaths at at MECCA, where she has played a big role in building and shaping the experience with her care, consistency, and eye for detail.

For those who don’t know, Kass is our (amazing) Dispensary Coordinator at Fertile Ground. 💖

Kass joined us in March, and from the get-go has woven herself into the fabric of our practice with so much ease, professionalism, warmth, and genuine love for the space we work in.

She is the perfect fit as our Dispensary Coordinator, and has made such a steady impact in maintaining and optimising the finer details that come with this area of the business, bringing her wonderful eye for optimisation to everything she touches.

She has shown an amazing willingness to supporting our practice growth, contributing to our social media, and to the ongoing evolution of our team.

This week, we’re celebrating the extraordinary humans who keep our world turning with the most warmth, energy, and heart! 💖

At the forefront of welcoming, holding, organising, connecting, problem-solving, supporting, and calming our space is Kass, Tash, Tarra and Sophie 💌

Because of this team, we are all able to do what we do best, and this makes for one big, beautiful, and cohesive team that we are all so proud to be a part of.

2025 has been a BIG one - from our clinic move, to supporting multiple stages in the launch of at MECCA, to Fertile Ground’s re-birth into having its own space, and navigating so many evolving systems along the way. Through it all, our team has shown up with resilience, adaptiveness, and immense care.
