During these hours you will be able to contact our clinic and order through our dispensary (see our post on ordering cut off dates if you are wanting anything secure anything before Christmas).

Outside of these hours our reception / dispensary will be CLOSED.

✨Appointments remain available outside of these hours- to find your appointment time check out our bookings page (link in bio).

🎄 Final date to order for postage to receive items before Christmas is by EOD Wednesday 17th of December.
🎄Final date to collect items from our dispensary is Wednesday 24th (please note we will be closing early at 1pm).
⭐️*Special order items that are products outside our regular range will need to be ordered by December 8th for postage or December 15th for collection to receive prior to Christmas.

Please see our Reception & Dispensary Holiday Hours post to see when you can collect orders if needed over the Christmas / New Year break.

Tarra has become someone we deeply rely on, especially when it comes to integrating new processes, streamlining systems, and beautifully managing our tea dispensary (a deceptively big job she handles with such grace).

Tash has been an anchoring and vibrant presence within our reception and dispensary team for the last 3+ years, bringing copious amounts of calm, fluidity, organisation, and magical ability to keep everything flowing with ease.

We are also lucky to have Tash as one of our Naturopaths at at MECCA, where she has played a big role in building and shaping the experience with her care, consistency, and eye for detail.

Kass joined us in March, and from the get-go has woven herself into the fabric of our practice with so much ease, professionalism, warmth, and genuine love for the space we work in.

She is the perfect fit as our Dispensary Coordinator, and has made such a steady impact in maintaining and optimising the finer details that come with this area of the business, bringing her wonderful eye for optimisation to everything she touches.

This week, we’re celebrating the extraordinary humans who keep our world turning with the most warmth, energy, and heart! 💖

At the forefront of welcoming, holding, organising, connecting, problem-solving, supporting, and calming our space is Kass, Tash, Tarra and Sophie 💌

Because of this team, we are all able to do what we do best, and this makes for one big, beautiful, and cohesive team that we are all so proud to be a part of.

2025 has been a BIG one - from our clinic move, to supporting multiple stages in the launch of at MECCA, to Fertile Ground’s re-birth into having its own space, and navigating so many evolving systems along the way. Through it all, our team has shown up with resilience, adaptiveness, and immense care.
