Workshop: From the Inside Out
Sat Nov 30th, 1–3pm
A gentle two hour workshop with Melissa designed to help you slow down, relax, and feel more connected to yourself.
You’ll be guided through easy breathing exercises, simple movements, quiet meditation, and calming sound. Everything is beginner friendly and taken at a slow pace, with lots of space to rest and notice how you feel.
This workshop is great if you:
• Want to feel calmer and more grounded
• Are curious about yoga but don’t know where to start, or already practise and want to explore the deeper, more internal side of yoga beyond the physical poses
• Need a quiet reset from a busy mind or busy week
