A gentle two hour workshop with Melissa designed to help you slow down, relax, and feel more connected to yourself.

Youโ€™ll be guided through easy breathing exercises, simple movements, quiet meditation, and calming sound. Everything is beginner friendly and taken at a slow pace, with lots of space to rest and notice how you feel.

This workshop is great if you:
โ€ข Want to feel calmer and more grounded
โ€ข Are curious about yoga but donโ€™t know where to start, or already practise and want to explore the deeper, more internal side of yoga beyond the physical poses

Yoga classes often move quickly, sometimes limiting the time to learn the correct alignment of each posture or learn its full potential. Ideal for all levels; beginners will gain confidence with the fundamentals while experience yogis can refine their alignment.

This workshop offers a dedicated space to break down the foundational poses that regularly appear in yoga classes, helping you better understand their traditional alignment, modern variations and how they can best work for your body. Building this understanding will increase your confidence and enjoyment of your regular yoga classes.

Yoga is for EVERYbody. And everybodyโ€™s Yoga is different. I Am That โ€“ Yoga is, above all, a community. A safe space where everybody feels like Yoga is for you. A place where every single staff member and teacher is welcoming, supportive, friendly and warm.

The world is filled with spaces that are intimidating and exclusive. So we decided to do things differently. Yes, the space is beautiful and the teachers and students are too. Some of us could even do great looking, fancy poses if you asked us to. You might also leave some classes sweating and exercised. But here, Yoga comes first.

What does that mean? Wear whatever you like, look however you like and do whichever class or pose suits you best (including a 60 minute Shavasana if that is what you need). As long as you are breathing you are exactly how you should be, doing exactly what you should be doing.

Come along. And just be you with I Am That - Yoga.
