Recently, we came together to celebrate a very special moment—Dr. Martin Sia’s decision to step back from consulting after more than 32 years of dedicated service to the Melbourne community. 💙💚

It was a bittersweet milestone, marked with a heartfelt lunch among colleagues. Stories were shared, memories were honoured, and the baton was gently passed to the next generation of GPs in the room.

While Dr. Martin will no longer be consulting, he will very much remain involved with SIA Medical in guiding and supporting the team with the same integrity that has defined his career.

We extend our deepest thanks to Dr. Martin for the legacy he’s built, and we wish him every happiness in this next chapter. The clinic won’t be quite the same—but we know he’s off to something just as meaningful.
