Please phone us if you can no longer make it to your appointment with notice.

A $25 Failure to Attend (FTA) fee will be charged to all patients who do not attend their scheduled appointments.
This fee must be paid in full prior to booking any future appointments. The appointment reminder text message has been updated to include a notice that failure to attend will incur the $25 fee.

This policy of Yoorana Gunya to monitor and manage fail to attend appointments (no shows) is necessary to ensure that we are able to provide timely access for all patients to our nurses and doctors.

Please understand we are a busy practice and time is precious for all patients. Patients who are no shows do not allow time for us to book in other patients, therefore they are missing out. 🩺
