FEEL GOOD YOGA & MOVEMENT CLASSES
TERM 3 - TANNUM SANDS
Feel Good classes are for anyone wanting to work on movement and mobility, strength and stretch, breathing and relaxation, including body and mind techniques to help shift tensions stored in the body and emotional brain related to current difficulties, past negative or traumatic experiences. Classes also include additional care to nourish your wellbeing and spirit including some loving and encouraging bible scriptures (no heavy stuff just love, peace, joy and kindness). A little about the teacher:
Hi, I’m Helen Mison, I have trained and worked in wellness for over two decades, my most recent training was trauma care. I have a local remedial massage therapy business and have taught yoga classes and private yoga lessons for many years. My purpose is to help people to be kind to their body, mind and soul, to be able to maximise life to the fullest and to know how wonderful it is to “feel good” most of the time, not just occasionally! I had to learn these things myself after a history with some traumatic experiences, taking me many decades to feel good and I can honestly say it keeps getting better. My classes are carefully planned to assist you on your journey of life and discover ways to feel good through your body and thinking patterns, at least most of the time, after all some difficulty is part of being human but we do have control over how we can handle it. I’m excited to meet you!
Classes are:
For men & women of all fitness abilities – ages 18+
Each Tuesday of term three/10 weeks from12th July to 13th Sept 2022
9 - 10am at Boyne Tannum Community Hall, Pacific Avenue (opposite Fit Life juice bar)
Cost: $180 for term/10 classes – payment by 8th July thank you
Bring: yoga or non-slip fitness mat – cushion or yoga bolster – water – medium sized towel
