Education doesn’t have to be neat to stick. The messier it gets, the more they remember. 💚

There is glitter, fruit juice, flying questions and a whole lot of laughter.
When learning feels like play, kids are all in, even the ones who swore they do not like veggies.

It is not about perfect plates or quiet classrooms.
It is about connection, curiosity and showing them how incredible their bodies really are.

The best part? They walk away remembering the lesson and the laugh.

Would your students love a messy kind of learning too? 👇

Teens might act like they’re not listening, but when it comes to how their body works, they’re way more curious than you think. 💡

My workshops with high school students are some of the most rewarding. We talk about real stuff like energy crashes by lunchtime, gut feelings before exams and how stress can mess with your stomach.

When they see what actually happens inside their digestive system (yes, even the gross bits), something clicks. They start asking questions, sharing their own experiences and realising that food and feelings are more connected than they ever thought.

It’s not about lecturing, it’s about giving them a space to laugh, learn and feel empowered to look after themselves from the inside out. 💚

It’s been a couple of months since my book has ventured out into the wild. We had a private 40th birthday book launch (how fitting) and now… we’re celebrating with a public book launch at Books@Stones on Thursday 20 November.

This book is my love letter to every overthinker, panic-feeler and “why am I like this” human out there. It’s part storytelling, part science, and a whole lot of heart (and probably a few bad jokes too, because it’s me).

I’ll be chatting with the incredible Angela De Palma about anxiety, growth, and why I think our bodies are way smarter than we give them credit for.

Come laugh, cry, nod, snort, and maybe realise that anxiety might just be your greatest teacher after all.

Wellbeing at work does not have to be serious or boring 💼

My adult workshops get people laughing, learning and actually feeling the difference good nutrition can make.

We explore how food, stress and the nervous system all work together to shape energy, focus and mood without the jargon or guilt.

Whether it is a corporate team, a community group or a staff wellbeing day, every session is interactive, fun and filled with real science that sticks.

Because when your team feels good, they work better, connect better and bring their best energy to everything they do. 💚

Want to know more about bringing this experience to your workplace? Comment WORKSHOP and I will send you the details 👇

Ever noticed your tummy goes weird when you’re stressed? 🦋
That’s not your imagination. It’s your gut-brain connection at work.

Your tummy and your mind talk to each other all day long. When you’re calm, digestion runs smoothly. But when life gets stressful, your body puts digestion on pause. That can mean bloating, cramps or feeling off even when you’re eating well.

It’s not just what you eat, it’s how you feel when you eat.
So next time you sit down for a meal, take a deep breath, smile and give your body a chance to absorb what it needs. 💚

Would you love a fun and interactive way to teach kids or adults how their body works? Comment TUMMY below and I’ll send you the details on my workshops.

Who said nutrition can’t be fun for little ones? 🌈

Kindy workshops have been some of my favourites because this age group is so curious, honest and full of imagination. From discovering the rainbow of foods to learning what their tummies do after they eat, we turn science into stories they actually remember.

It’s not about labelling foods as “good” or “bad”. It’s about helping kids become their body’s best friend, learning how to listen, slow down and enjoy all the wonderful ways food helps them feel good.

Every giggle, question and “aha!” moment reminds me why I love what I do. 💚

If you’d love to bring these workshops to your school, early learning centre or community group, comment KIDS below and I’ll send you the details.

Ever met a kid who can tell you exactly how hungry they are or what food makes them feel meh? 👀

Most people think kids are too young to understand mindful eating. That they just want snacks, screens and zero talk about broccoli. But here’s the thing, kids are naturally good at listening to their bodies. We’re the ones who rush them.

When you make food fun, colourful and curious, they start paying attention all on their own. They ask questions, they notice how they feel after eating and they learn without even realising it.

That’s what I love about my workshops. We laugh, we play and we sneak in a whole lot of science without them even noticing. Because when learning feels fun, it sticks and it shows up later at the dinner table too. 💚

Ever notice how lunch at work usually means eating at your desk while answering emails… or realising it’s 3pm and you forgot to eat at all? 😅

We spend so much time thinking about work that we forget how much food impacts how we work. What we eat (and how we eat) affects our focus, mood and energy more than we realise.

That’s why I love bringing Mindful Eating for the Workplace to teams across Brisbane, Ipswich and the Gold Coast. These sessions are full of laughs, practical tips and those lightbulb moments that make people go, “Ohhh… that’s why I feel like that!” 💡

It’s not about diets or rules. It’s about slowing down, understanding what your body needs and realising that small changes can make a big difference in how you feel every single day.

Because a well fed mind is a focused one. 💚

From classrooms to boardrooms, the chaos looks different but the mission’s the same 💚

Kids are out here giggling about p**p and asking if their stomach has Wi-Fi (real question).
Adults are nodding like, “Ohhh… so that’s why my tummy freaks out every Monday.”

For the little ones it’s colour, curiosity and learning how their body works.
For the big kids it’s connection, calm and remembering to eat something that isn’t just caffeine. ☕

Same message. Different snacks.
Learning about your body should never be boring. 🌈

So tell me… which one would you rather join, the giggle crew or the grown-ups? 👇

You don’t have to scare your kids into eating “healthy.” Show them food can be fun, colourful and a little silly instead. 🌈

When kids laugh, explore and get a little messy, they naturally start to learn. They ask questions, they try new things and they begin to understand how food makes them feel.

The goal isn’t perfection, it’s curiosity. Because when food becomes fun, they build a healthy relationship with it that lasts long after the Halloween lollies are gone. 💚

What’s one food your kids surprised you by loving? 👇
