A lot of women think their body is betraying them

This Valentine’s Day, I’m holding a ceremonial tea space to honour closure, self-connection & heart-led intention.

This is not about performance or productivity.
It is about presence.
It is about listening.
It is about honouring your personal evolution.

Together, through tea ritual, reflection & energetic integration, we will gently close this chapter and create space for what is unfolding next.

For a long time, I thought I just had to try harder.

Be more disciplined.
Do more of the “right” things.
Push through.

But my body wasn’t asking for more effort, it was asking for a different relationship.

Everything I offer now comes from learning how to work with my body instead of against it.

Gently. Curiously. With compassion.
