Just to let you know I am.aeay from my desk on walkabout in Wadawurrung Country. So no live tonight. I will be back at 8pm next Thursday. If you get the opportunity to walk in a Redwood Forest please do. Yes it is totally transforming. One of my favourite. 🌳 Stevensons Falls Nature Reserve has they are present and only relatively small for 60 year old trees. They are are taller than other species. Enjoy 👣 ✨️ 💚

I chose one more card after the live meditation tonight. This card has been showing up in our meditations all week. A clear reminder to be loving to ourselves and be open to give and receive love openly, fearlessly. Love is 💖

Today we welcome the sacred turning of the Mayan New Year & the beginning of a powerful new cycle guided by the energy of Kej!🦌

Kej is the guardian of the mountains, the forests, & the four sacred directions. It carries the strength of the deer ... Gentle yet unwavering, humble yet deeply connected to the wisdom of the Earth. This is a year that calls us back into right relationship with nature, with spirit, & with our own inner truth.

This year of Kej ... I pray that the path before humanity is guided by balance, respect for Mother Earth, & remembrance of the ancestral teachings that live within our hearts. May Kej strengthen our courage to walk with integrity, protect what is sacred, & move forward with compassion for all beings.

Place your hand upon your heart & listen closely. The Earth is speaking. The ancestors are near. A new path is opening.🌎

This week is one of the biggest energetic weeks of 2026. Partial solar eclipse tonight, the start of the Chinese New Year fire horse energy. Then on Friday we expetience the Neptune and Saturn conjunction at zero degrees of Aries. This creates a lot of fire energy in which it is important to ground and transmute what is not needed on the journey forward. A great time to embrace your empowerment and step forward into your magnificence. The Keepers of Ancient Memory ... 🌊🐋

Today we honor the whales, the great singers of the ocean. Across many traditions, whales are known as the record keepers of the Earth. They move through the deepest waters carrying vibration, song, & remembrance older than humanity itself. Their voices travel vast distances, communicating through frequencies we feel even when we cannot hear them.

Spiritually, whales hold the medicine of ancestral memory & emotional wisdom.💫

They teach us to go deep, beyond surface thoughts & into the vast ocean of the heart. The whale guards the truth of feeling, moving everything in rhythm.

Their song teaches patience.
Their size teaches humility.
Their presence teaches unity.

Today take a moment to breathe slowly, listen inward, & honor the waters within you ... You, too, carry ancient memory ... &your voice, when spoken from the heart, travels farther than you know.💙
