One year ago 🥹 feeding my precious little boy. How time flies!

In this photo I was very much in the newborn bubble, I remember so clearly the awe and overwhelming love I felt staring at this new little being my body had so epically created and birthed.

Early postpartum is such a raw time for mums.

So when you begin to feel ready to move your body, do something special for yourself (with your bubba in your arms) and be around other women who are in the same season as you.. mums and bubs yoga is your space!

The next block of 4 classes begins next week 🤎

Suitable for mums 6+ weeks postpartum (8 weeks for caesarean or complicated births) and babies who are pre-crawling.

PRENATAL YOGA is back my friends!

A supportive space to connect with your body, your breath and your baby, deeply listen and build confidence and trust in yourself as you prepare for birth and motherhood.

Each class I weave together:
• pregnancy-safe gentle yoga movement
• breathing practices
• pelvic floor exercises
• meditation & mindfulness
• birth preparation
• a sharing circle + theme

Suitable from 14 weeks to full term of pregnancy.

Includes a Prenatal Resource Guide, private Facebook group and group coffee dates 💖

The first course for 2026 begins 15th February and runs for 6 Sundays from 10:30–11:45am

A year that transformed many of you from maiden to mother.
A year that stretched many of us beyond what we imagined we could hold.
A year that saw so many precious babies arrive earthside ~ changing us forever and expanding our hearts greater than we’ve ever known 🤎

As the year gently turns, I’m holding each of you in deep gratitude for trusting me, for sharing your stories, and for allowing me to walk beside you and support you during such sacred moments of pregnancy and postpartum.

Wishing you ease, honest presence, and the courage to meet whatever arises with deep care and compassion over this holiday season.

Is anyone else finding it hard to accept that the year is almost over already? 😅

With only 1 more prenatal yoga class left for 2025 I’m beginning to reflect on this incredible year and I’m seriously in awe of all the inspiring mums and divine babies that I’ve had the absolute honour of sharing yoga with 💫🥹
Supporting you through pregnancy and postpartum has been the greatest gift 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

PRENATAL YOGA 🤰🏻

The next prenatal course starts on October 19th and runs for 6 weeks on Sundays from 10am - 11:15am.

We focus on self-exploration and connection, building trust and confidence in yourself, your body and your baby as you journey through pregnancy, birth and into motherhood.

The classes include:
- gentle yoga movement
- breathing techniques
- pelvic floor exercises
- meditation and mindfulness
- lots of focus on preparing for birth
- a sharing circle at the start of class
- a weekly theme for reflection

Sunday 19th October - November 30th (no class 2nd Nov long weekend)



Open to a small group of 7 pregnant women

• No previous yoga experience necessary.
• Available to expecting mums between 14 weeks to full term of pregnancy.
• High risk pregnancies require obstetrician approval.
• Course includes an electronic ‘Prenatal Resource Guide’ and Facebook group

1 WEEK TO GO until our next 4 week block of MUMS & BUBS begins 👶🏼

Mums & Bubs yoga is such a beautiful combo of so many things:

- intentionally slowing down to breathe and connect with your body.

- start to build strength where you need it AKA pelvic floor and core.

- enjoy play time with bubba while they lay on their playmat and also they get to do yoga too - held in your arms, on your hip, tummy and legs.

- add a little bit of baby massage to create some calm.

- and restorative pose at the end to soothe your nervous system.

Apart from ALL of these incredible things, it’s also a time to connect with other mums ❤️ we start class with a sharing circle.

👶🏼 Thursdays 11:15am - 12pm
👶🏼 4 weeks from 4 Sep - 25 Sep

👶🏼 $100 for the 4 classes

☕️ Followed by group coffee date on 2nd October

- Minimum of 6 weeks postpartum or 8 weeks cesarean or complicated birth.
- Babies pre-crawling or in a carrier / staying with mum if on the move.
- Bring your play mat, bouncer, car capsule, toys and anything else that will help you relax and bub be comfortable.

Motherhood isn’t meant to be walked alone.
In my prenatal & postnatal yoga classes, we move, breathe, share, and support one another—both on the mat and over coffee after class.

Every class starts with a circle to connect as a group, share stories, tears and laughs, and the journey feels just a little bit lighter 💛

This community-vibe is the heart of my classes: reminding each other that we are not alone, and that motherhood was always meant to be walked together 👭🏻
