One year ago 🥹 feeding my precious little boy. How time flies!
In this photo I was very much in the newborn bubble, I remember so clearly the awe and overwhelming love I felt staring at this new little being my body had so epically created and birthed.
Early postpartum is such a raw time for mums.
So when you begin to feel ready to move your body, do something special for yourself (with your bubba in your arms) and be around other women who are in the same season as you.. mums and bubs yoga is your space!

The course is closed with a group coffee date on Tuesday 24 Feb ☕️
Suitable for mums 6+ weeks postpartum (8 weeks for caesarean or complicated births) and babies who are pre-crawling.
A second course will run March 3 – March 24, with coffee on March 31 🤎 Bookings will open for this group at the start of Feb.
