I can’t stop thinking about that…

Because this isn’t an if… it’s a when for every woman… because at some point, every woman will move through perimenopause and menopause…
and I feel if I choose to be as proactive as I can now, instead of reactive later, in hope it will be more supportive for my body on this journey.

Witnessing Laura’s journey and how we constantly choose to adapt to the seasons of change. On how I can do it pro actively.. I feel when you support your body early, gently and consistently everything transforms alittle smoother.

And so something has shifted in me.

This isn’t just about now.
This is about how I want to feel in the years to come 💡

So I’m choosing to be kinder to my body now as it matures and transforms.

More supportive.
More intentional.

Not reacting…
but nurturing what’s already unfolding. Perimenopause can start as early as 35years old, and I feel the shifts slowly happening.

this wasn’t supposed to be a business…

It started in frustration. In a quiet realisation that what we were calling clean wasn’t ‘clean’ at all. That what we were putting on our skin was finding its way into our thyroid, our hormones and wreaking havoc in our whole bodies AND nobody was talking about it honestly at the time.

So we stopped trusting what was on the shelf. And we started making our own.

That first blend wasn’t for anyone else. It was ours. It was personal. It was for healing ourselves ❤️‍🩹

And then slowly, one product at a time, one woman at a time, it became this.

This week we shared something dear to us that we’d been quietly working on for a long time. Meno-Peace landed and with her came something we didn’t quite expect. A remembering. Of why we began. Of every product in this collection and the very real, very human reason each one exists.

These aren’t just oils on a shelf.
