Join me, Kate — midwife and Calmbirth® educator — for a transformative Calmbirth® course on the Central Coast, where you will:

🌸 Deepen your understanding of the birthing process to build confidence
🌸 Build a practical birth toolkit of effective strategies
🌸 Learn fear-release and relaxation techniques for pregnancy, birth, and everyday life
🌸 Gain knowledge of interventions and common birth practices to make informed, confident decisions
🌸 For your partner or birth support person — they’ll develop strategies to support you both physically and emotionally

Can’t make both days? You can also split your course over a month — attend Day 1 on a Saturday and Day 2 the following month on a Sunday.

Welcome! I am Kate, midwife at The Wonders Within. My passion is supporting families in their journey through pregnancy, birth and parenthood. My mission is to provide comprehensive education so as you can feel confident and excited for this transformational time in your life.

My background is in nursing and midwifery, having worked as a paediatric nurse and midwife but I now dedicate my time to running the nationally recognised Calmbirth® program, preparation for parenthood sessions and baby massage courses.
