SHAMANIC JOURNEY MEDITATION- ​​​​​​​​​Have you joined Luke for is Shamanic Journey Meditation yet? You'll find him in the cozy studio every 1st and 3rd wednesday at 6.30pm! ​​​​​​​​​
During the 90min you will be guided through an individualised meditation suiting the needs of everyone present, as well as receiving help in developing your basic intuitive skills.

With the meditation being individualised this means no one week will be the same, with Luke tapping into the energy within the space. Unlike meditation apps you may be used to, Luke holds space for you and your peronal experience.

"Hi! My name is Jess Karnaghan and I love working at the Healing Hub helping people through my​​​​​​​​
modalities of Life Coaching, Crystal Dreaming, NLP Therapy and Energy healing.​​​​​​​​
A little snapshot about me:​​​​​​​​
Not many people know that before I worked full time in my business; Resolve and Evolve, I used to​​​​​​​​
work in the Police Force! I have been trained in energy healing since I was 18 and being an empath,​​​​​​​​
it could be intense working on the “front line” while also being sensitive to other people’s energy​​​​​​​​
and stress. This experience inspired me to become certified to help people take better care of​​​​​​​​
themselves emotionally, mentally and spiritually; especially those who are empaths or work on the​​​​​​​​
frontline of providing care or support to others. I love what I do because I truly believe that just one​​​​​​​​
person practicing healthy boundaries, emotional regulation, and self compassion can have a ripple​​​​​​​​
effect of inspiring others to do the same and creating a more peaceful world.​​​​​​​​
My favourite ritual is putting my crystals out in the full moon with my kiddies, and my favourite​​​​​​​​
