The results are in...Each year we survey our patients and ask them 'How likely are you to recommend our service to your friends and relatives?' with a rating going from 0 to a maximum 10.

📈 The scores are then combined and given a total 'Net Promoter Score' which can range from -100 (all patients give a score of 0-6) to +100 (all patients give a score of 9-10). An NPS score over 0 is good, +50 is Excellent, above +70 is World Class.

The Christmas Spirit is alive and well at Forster Private Hospital this year.

No one likes to think they'll have to be in hospital leading up to and over Christmas, so we have bought the festive feeling to you! Each area of the hospital has lovingly been decorated to embrace the essence of Christmas and bring cheer to our patients and their visitors.

You can thank our staff for this festive feeling of a Gingerbread house, Santa's workshop, the Elves Disco, and crafty and traditional themes and more!

In light of the tragic events at Bondi Beach yesterday, Australian Red Cross Lifeblood are calling on donations of blood and blood products, particularly donations from O type donors.

It's time to roll up our sleeves and support our fellow Australians. Please consider joining our team in donating blood today.

Our thoughts are with the injured, their families and those who have lost loved ones because of this tragedy.
On Sunday evening Lifeblood issued several life-threatening orders for O negative blood, in the wake of the incident at Bondi Beach.
