Operation: Bilateral upper blepharoplasty.
Outcome: Before and after 4 months post-operative. This patient presented with heavy upper eyelids due to excess skin (dermatochalasis), contributing to a tired appearance and some visual obstruction. An upper blepharoplasty was performed to remove the excess skin and restore a more open, refreshed eyelid contour.
Surgery Duration: 30 minutes.
Hospital Admission: Performed in my clinic under local anaesthetic.
Recovery: Bruising and swelling for 2 weeks.
