Seriously - I don’t know who shared this hack but I started doing this when my first child was 6 months old and now I have 3 children and we still send each emails. We also send photos, videos… I love looking back at old emails and remembering funny quirks about each child. With my first child starting school this week I’ve been feeling like 5 years has absolutely flown by so I wanted to share with my fellow mums feeling emotional - this is a way to keep the memories in one place! 😭❤️ tag or share with a fellow parent

We made it! 7 days 🙌🙌 we’re deciding how we bring it back in because the independent play is so good right now. We’re also rewarding both with some Lego/duplo

without screens! Breakfast was a bit of a battle this morning - do I offer less? My 5 year old is the type to put up a hunger strike. Give me your tips! Still going strong and noticing so much more independent play is initiated when they know they don’t get a screen!

no screen time + increasing wholefoods. They’re asking for lollies less and have started doing more independent playing… the sibling fights are obviously not going anywhere 😂😂

Ok we didn’t make 7 days without wholefoods but every day is a new day!!! Starting again tomorrow. No screens still going strong (although we almost didn’t make that because they found the remote 😂)

Day 2 - still going strong!! Aside from the hectic fighting between both boys 😂😂 (although it has definitely reduced). They’ve both eaten really well and haven’t asked for the screen as much as I thought. The hardest thing is getting anything done (usually I use it as a little break to do chores or work).
