Last chance to book your spot for this yoga term. Classes start tomorrow night and there’s only a couple of spots still available. Although the class is through zoom, I still like to keep the numbers small so everyone can have a personalised experience…. and so I can see everyone on the screen!

A new term of Dru yoga by zoom starts this week. Accessible, tailored yoga class from the comfort of your own home.

Classes will be 6:30pm Thursdays 3 February to 10 March inclusive. There will be lots of options for you to adjust the practices meet your needs, to be more gentle or more dynamic. And all classes will be recorded. So if you can’t join us live you can still join us via the recording.

My grandmother once gave me a tip:
In difficult times, move forward in small steps.
Do what you have to do, but little by little.
Don’t think about the future
or what may happen tomorrow.

Wash the dishes.
Remove the dust.
Write a letter.
Make a soup.

You see?

Advance step by step.
Take a step and stop.
Rest a little.
Praise yourself.
Take another step.
And then another.

You won’t notice, but your steps will grow more and more.
And the time will come when you can think about the future without crying.
