Card for the month of May is The Sun . We are coming out of lockdown and restrictions generally so this can indicate a new sense of joy and freedom in our lives. A time where our emotions become more ignited. New enjoyment of life and of social gatherings and pleasures. For some children may bring joy and be a focal point. Relationships may be rekindled or love affairs or similar. Ones purpose in life could be a strong part of our thinking with insights and daring wrapped up in our destiny. Perhaps a time of passionate creativity and manifestation which nourishes our ego and sense of identity in creating the new. Looking deeper into this time of change on the 13th of May instead of a full moon we have a lunar eclipse where the moon is in total darkness and the Sun shines its rays of light and spiritual power on the earth. The symbol of the sunflower is also the flower of Ukraine and people around the world have taken up the sunflower as a symbol of support .

Card for the month of March is The Emperor. On a worldly level this can relate to a dominant man probably Putin. Red is associated with the emotions and anger. The force of his authority cannot be questioned. The Emperor can relate to Aries the planet of war. Other negative quality’s can be tyranny and brutality. On a higher spiritual level the Emperor symbolically represents the masculine energies which need to make way for the feminine. These energies will try and hold on for as long as they can. On a more personal level this month may see rewards through discipline and stability through new opportunity’s around social, communications and study. A busy time may ensue with developments around creativity and travel.

Card for the year of 2022 is the 4 of wands. This card embodies happiness and happy events, surprises and hopefully could mean getting back to a way of normality. This year can see happy events in the world and in our own life. The number four is about stability so hopefully this starts to manifest around Covid and a return to more normality. Great effort may bring rewards. Wands is a very spiritual and enthusiastic energy so expect spirit to be working very strongly in our lives. These forces will bring an emotional happiness and will nurture us through our awakenings.

Card for the month of December is the 3 of Pentacles.This card reminds me of the nativity and Jesus Mary and Joseph, Christmas and the 3 wise men. At this time of the year when the veil is thin and we can hear the songs of praise from the angels we once again get the opportunity to have the Christ consciousness born within the cradle of our flesh and the cradle of our soul and this should be our prayer.
“While you sit for a moment in reflection or listen to some Christmas carols. To listen to them in quietness and aloneness is a balm for the soul and a joy to the mind. Let the glory song fill you, and realise that you too are destined to play a part in creating this peace and joy to all who are of goodwill”.

The card for the month of November is The Page of Pentacles. For me this card brings to mind Swedish environmental youth activist Greta Thunberg a young person highly intelligent and with a vision for the future. The Page of Pentacles can also help us to understand that nature is a gift to us and in studying it and coming to understand it on the deeper spiritual levels we can also come to understand more about ourselves and our evolution in a deeply spiritual way. Young people may well hold the future of the world in their hands is what this card could also be saying. I’m sure that the forces of nature seen and unseen are working with her surrounding her with love and power at this time.

Card for the month of October is the Queen of Pentacles. Could be to do with females in our lives whom we value. .Females do pretty well in business and perhaps this is suggesting more feminine wisdom is needed in important areas and for the planet. The Pentacle that she holds may also allude to the heart chakra and that the world at this time needs the power of love to heal our planet more than ever and appreciate the beauty of Mother Nature. That the earth is a living biological organism and that the earthquake we had was yet another warning on top of covid19. We may be tested emotionally which will develop our wisdom levels which we need to develop for the good of all. This requires a lot of reflection which we have time for.

Card for the month of September is the World card. If we look at what’s happening this month on the world stage this is fairly self-explanatory. Lots of World news. We are wanting to move forward and there are a lot of challenges in front of us. There is a strong motivation at the same time to take on the challenges in front of us. Boundaries are important globally and personally. Looking after the planet is an important issue. Can we achieve what appears impossible challenges? This month could also be a good time to study and improve our financial situation.

The card for the month of August is The Wheel of Fortune. This month will be more emotional. It has already been very frustrating. This intense frustration means in another way that we have a good chance to learn the lessons in front of us. The Wheel symbolizes a moving forward and perhaps wisdom received from past which if applied can see us moving forward. So expect major changes in our lives for the better. Let’s hope by the end of the month the movement is happening quite quickly. Efforts from the past may now serve us well and our purpose should be strong.

Card for the month of July is the 9 of Swords. Swords is all about pain and suffering. It is like we are waking from a nightmare. We are of course going through a crisis with more lockdowns in Australia. So this month can be a month of crisis in our own personal lives In our physical bodies or relationships. Can also be a time of mental stress. Perhaps stress about our money or material things. Or as I said things we value like relationships. We may want to be daring moving ahead with goals and yet we have to wait through these interruptions. So we feel limitations around us. We have to redefine ourselves. Watch your money at this time and expect new beginnings and endings. Hopefully in 9 days things are looking brighter and in a couple of month’s things may look a little different hopefully.

• The card for the month of June is the 4 of cups. This fits in with what is happening with lockdown in Melbourne at the moment. Last month’s Hermit also was also very relevant. How good is the Tarot! So disruptions to our daily life and a period of waiting and having to make sacrifices. The 4 of Cups sees us taking time out to think things over both as individuals and as a collective. We need to heed the influence of spirit who are always there to help us represented by the Cup being offered. The tree represents earth and our precious ecosystem which we need to understand better in order to move forward.

• The card for the month of May is The Hermit. Traditional meanings revolve around solitude and needing a quiet time to ourselves to reflect. Where in April the energies were a bit conservative May brings more creative energies into our lives and we will be keen to create something new for ourselves. With Venus sailing through Gemini the energies are more light and playful. So opportunities for fun and pleasure should come our way. A need to socialize and pursue our goals. Make sure you keep a focus on your goals and don’t become disconnected from them as we need to be in charge at this time to make it work.

• Card for the month of April is 4 of pentacles. The energy therefore for this month can be more conservative as there are still question marks around our life with Covid and the implementation of a vaccine. So emotionally we can’t move forward as fast as we would like. Thus the worry. But on the other hand it gives us the chance to reflect on what and who we value in our lives. Could be females, could be parents or children or psychological, physical or spiritual. We get another chance to reflect on our world and its beauty perhaps and our values towards it and each other.

• Card for the month of March is the 6 of Pentacles. 6 is a number of balance. So we need to balance on a personal and worldly level. Probably not as restrained as the month of February. We may need to take time out to reflect on our plans and strategies and needs. Expect major changes to occur. We may expend a lot of mental energy around our material projects. It’s a time for giving and receiving which is exciting. It’s a time to give thanks to our earth and our physical body which are gifts and sustains us. A busy month. Make health a priority. Become conscious of his divine gifts!
