Lately I've been seeing many more kids and teens looking for support with anxiety, big emotions and school "can't." Reiki and Kinesiology can do an amazing job of balancing the nervous system, taking kids (and adults) out of the fight or flight anxiety state and grounding them back in their body, easing anxiety and calming the mind. I love working with kids and teens as it combines my background as a teacher with my kinesi and energy healing skills.
