Our Main Reception, Home Care offices and Administration Offices are moving into Stage 1 of the Lodge today.
The Lodge is the large orange roof building accessible via gate 2. Parking is available at the entrance on the link road between Gate 1 and Gate 2.
Our main phone line 0359711349 phone line is operational and Resident mail services continue as normal however staff computers and office lines are in various stages of commissioning today and tomorrow as we unpack and settle in. We will be in various stages of operation on Thursday and Friday as we unpack and recommission our systems.
To ensure the safety of staff and removalists while heavy furniture and items are being moved around, please avoid entering the Lodge and the surrounding carpark area on Thursday 15th. We expect normal office operations to recommence on Monday 19th of January.
Please note only the main reception and office areas are completed and opening. Other areas of the Lodge remain active building sites while under refurbishment, and these are not accessible or available to Residents.
