CONTROVERSIAL OPINION:
Only kidding, I'm not ruffling feathers this time, I'll save that for next week.
Stretching feels good.
It doesn't give you mobility though.
It can't give you mobility because its missing a major component to it which is active control at end range.
Stretching is NOT an entire rehab program either. It covers the 'pain relief' side but that's it.
It's not magical.
It's not going to fix all your ails.
It does feel good temporarily and sometimes that's all that's needed.
